Just off the CX HKG-YVR flight in first.

1. Loved the new pillow. Great improvement.
2. Like the scents in the amenity kit.
3. The bag itself is ehh. The zipper gets stuck every time.
4. They added something to the seat around the mid area. Air-filled I believe. I believe it was added to add padding. it is awful. Bulky. The passenger across from me had the FA remove it because it was so uncomfortable.
5. Ran out of Champagne in first about 4 hours into the ~12 hour flight. This happens a lot lately.
6. Cabin too warm the entire flight. They turned it down multiple times only to have the temp rise again. (Why they don't have individual air nozzles I have no idea.
7. New bedding is plusher, and a decent improvement, but not earth-shattering.

So overall, improvements, but the change in first is minor. Flew to HKG in Business where the changes are more noticeable.
