Aircon is probably not too difficult; but a private bath may be restricting you a bit. Here are some options:

I think if you find a high-end luxury accommodation in the NT with bath & aircon, they will definitely arrange day-tours for you by bus or plane. Might be expensive, but then again you can't be this picky unless you have $$
