Well you are planning to go to a wonderful part of the country for certain. We only saw day tours when we went. Are you sure you don't want to rent a 4 WD (from Hertz) and plan the trip on your own? The trips I have seen have been quite priicey (just start googling, you will find what you are looking for.). Word of warning, Kakadu is enormous, Change hotels If you wind up staying there, one's on each end Kakadu. It's quite a long drive from the Southern attractions back up to the North if you don't plan your activities wisely.
