Assuming the OP is talking about Y BOB, I had the BBQ chicken sandwich last month and thought it was pretty good. I was very hungry, but thought it was filling and didn’t seem dry to me. And prior to that it was the Banh Mi which I also liked.

If the OP has ordered it 20+ times it can’t be that awful.
