for those who want a history, pre-merger United always called front cabin to Canada First. Sometime shortly after the merger, they changed it to Business. I believe lounge access was always allowed.
Mexico is still United Business. At least my DEN-IAH-MEX flight has an upgrade offer to "Enjoy the added benefits of United Business".
