In case someone needs email addresses for booking an award, it seems Boston is very responsive compared to Los Angeles and San Francisco. I emailed Los Angeles several days ago and still haven't gotten a reply. I tried Boston late yesterday evening and got a response today. They booked the award and they needed award ticket form, credit card form along with your ID and back and front of credit card.
