I booked a flying blue ticket from Bangkok to Sorong, Indonesia for December. It was 2 connections. Garuda had a schedule change making the connection on CGK too short. On my first call to flying blue they said they would only refund me the miles. I called Garuda, and they said that flying blue could put me on the direct flight from CGK to Sorong. I called flying blue back and they finally agreed to change the ticket to the one connection flight. The next day, the flight cancelled and I was only left with the BKK-CGK flight. I called Garuda and they said that flying blue can definitely change it and they didn't confirm the ticket. Flying blue now says they can't do anything. Seems as though Flying blue should work this out since it's on AF ticket stock and Garuda cannot change it without them. Should I keep pushing this as I feel I'm entitled to this flight. Flying blue had said a couple of times that since the flight isn't available with miles, they can't do it, but they did later say they would and they did. This new round they're pulling the same thing.
