It was in J. The main problem is the attitude of the AC crew: when they say "Can I help you?", they really want to mean "Don't bother me!". The gate staff had also that attitude. And it was clearly different to the service that I received traveling with AC from HKG to YYZ. Probably the AC personnel is not pleased to flight to BOG.
