2-3 years ago, I received an offer for the CO Chase cards. It said in the small prints that there were two "different" card names. One of them called something like "Continental Worldcard" was a "no fee" which still accumulated 1 mile per $.
So I filed the form while writting in bold that I only wanted the "no fee" version, and to cancel the application if otherwise.
Once I received the card (and w/o the word "worldcard" on it), I called them. After many contradicting stories, the rep finally told me that I did not "qualify" for the no fee version and I had to live with the regular version. Once I told her to cancel the card, I was told I would still have to pay the first year fee... (which never happened).

I was really not impressed with those deceptive tactics. CO doesn't need that kind of image projected by the Chase CC reps.
