I booked a car via Sixt. At the Airport I had to wait at the counter, no Platinum Service. The agent told me the car I booked were not available so he gave me "a bigger one". I had to learn instead the Audi A4 (BMW 5er or S-Class were incredible expensive) I got a BMW X1. It´s surely not a bigger car, they simply fooled me. I complained with an email and got this answer:
Due to unforeseen circumstances such as contract extensions at short notice or accident damages there may unfortunately be to a temporary vehicle shortage in occasional cases. Our staff looked for an alternative for you and provided you the BMW X1. We are sorry that this did not meet your expectations. Dear Sir, after the closing of the rental we will ask for a refund of 135.89€ to your credit card.
OK, not a drama but I´m still angry they tried to sell it to me as an upgrade.
The car was relative basis without navigation system (first time in a Sixt Premium car).

Also who takes a SUV (if you wonna call it as some) without 4WD?
