As you're looking for pro-Hilton points...Hilton points + cash stats earn full points credit on the cash copay, same as an actual room rate. Hilton promotions (usually) give credit for points stays towards fulfilling requirements.
Regarding breakfast, in the USA many Hiltons and DoubleTrees require a copay at properties without a lounge. Hilton Garden Inn does give elites an made-to-order breakfast, but it's the only Starwood-model brand where it's breakfast or amenity points. The rest of the brands are either breakfast for all guests, or elite breakfast benefit and amenity points.
On a not-so-positive note, scoring a 2PM checkout is generally the best you can hope for; asking for 4PM will have the staff laughing in your face at the idea.
