No idea how early, but there should be an earlier flight than yours, meaning the desk should be manned. I dropped my bags last MCO trip while the earlier flight was checking in.

The Club at MCO is ok (infinitely better than the old Delta lounge), however food is limited to basic nibbles such as sandwiches and wraps. There’s a staffed bar with a decent selection including sparkling wine, but not a fine wine experience.

It’s a shared lounge so does get busy.
