The funny thing is we were on the top floor where the presidential suite is (never though there might be an actual president in there
) and we got to know the secret service and Hong Kong security agents. We'd ask them most days how the prez was and we got a couple of chuckles.
Later I wondered what sort of security screening we might have been subjected to as we were just a few doors away.
