I tried to redeem for IHG points yesterday. It said I couldn't because i had already redeemed within the redemption period. The thing is, there are no redemption periods for IHG.
I wrote to customer service and got I "don't know, we'll investigate" response. So I figured I'd check here to see if anyone has ever had that experience and if there was a resolution.
I just saw the same IHG redemption limit issue also even though it doesn't have one.
I simply redeemed for something else, didn't bother contacting customer service because i figured they put a limit in the backend but didn't bother updating the website yet.
