Not enough details in the link. It never spells out whether the free night can only be earned once during the promotion, or multiple times. At Best Western during their current promotion you earn a free night cert just once, but at Choice during their current promotion you can earn the "free night' (which is actually a minimum of 8000 points, which is only enough for a free night at a fraction of their properties) as many times as you want during the promotion.

So since I need a lot of one-night stays, guess which of these three programs I'm doing most of my stays with?
