I'll worry about the upgrades later, this is a huge move for HH. Lots more flexibility for us. I suspect some early problems with upgrades but Hilton has continuously improve their website. Great move!

I like the receipt idea. Now, if you add anything to the bill after ~5 am you have to go back and get a new one. Now we should be able to zip out and print later!
