I’m with you on serving the mains separately. I tuck into my main course first. If I eat the starter first, the main cools down. However, I prefer the little bottles of wine. I’m a complete lush and they contain two glasses of vino. If the wine was poured from a full size bottle, I would need to request a top up twice as often!
