Has anyone had any experience of converting Amex MR points to BD DC Miles. According to the Amex website:

It just specifies a 1000 min point conversion reqt. So,

1. Am I correct in assuming that it's a 1 to 1 exchange ratio..?

2. And how long would it take to show up in the DC account. (Amex says 14 days for new link ups.)
