Can you continue to receive the original Amex Platinum instead of Contactless?
I received the contactless version of the Amex Platinum. Amex CSR said it was a forced change and that I had no choice to decline. In practice, is that statement accurate?
I would rather keep using my original metal Platinum since I don't use contactless and the original card is more durable.

Can anyone comment?

Will my original Platinum card eventually be deactivated?
