I’ve booked a business flight in business flex, SIN to DXB, my first with Singapore so pretty stoked.
I have the points to transfer in but my current Kris points balance is 0. How do I know if/when an upgrade to first might be as a available? I see the upgrade button currently greyed out on my booking but is that because there’s no availability or because I have zero points?

and then how does waitlist work? Do I have to transfer points in first?
