San Diego? NYC is always fun around Christmas. Or think of places that have good/cheap public transportation between airport and an interesting part of downtown such as SEA and PDX.

You could try to mazimize MQM rollover subject to not spending much more than the $400 MQDs (please check the exact numbers) you need.
