Thanks. I get this message when I check at mySQupgrade

There are no seats available for upgrade at the moment.
Availability is checked in real-time and it is possible that seats become available again. Please try again later, up till 50 hours before flight departure.

So, does that mean, my ticket is eligible, but not yet avail to put in a bid? TIA!
