I went through all the facts at the beginning of this thread, but would like to make sure I understand everything correctly. My question is about the "eligible flights" for the silver tier qualification.

I'm interested in the Iberia version, want to fly from VIE via MAD to VLC. The MAD to VLC segment says "operated by Air Nostrum" but has an Iberia flight number. Would this segment be an eligible flight or not?
