So I checked mine, it is live now. I "hard-landed" from the mighty black card to the lousy 4th level (out of max 6). No more free parking (except 1h by 20€ shopping). Other bennies pretty meeh and no lounge anymore etc.

I called them since I suspected my meager 6000+€ were not correct. Oh yes my total bill was more than 16000+€. But then, IT IS NO LONGER A FAMILY-POOL CARD, so the major chunk had come from spouse's card, surprise surprise. (oh it hits me hard now if she will get a higher level card than me for once in a life-time!!!!
LOL).
Interestingly, the agent also told me that you can never go down in levels. He said if you don't shop, the card stays forever. Only goes up by spend. Well, interestingly, NOW I indeed have a lifetime status somewhere, albeit a very pleb level obviously
Maybe I should celebrate that somehow.
