So the wife and I booked JFK-LAX in revenue business class (booking class I). From my research it appears as though to upgrade to F we just need two A seats, which is currently the case. However, when I go to the Business Extra site, enter my name and PNR details I get:

"Your reservation type is not eligible for Business Extra upgrades"



I have two BXP1s left from when I redeemed for four earlier in the year and they're still valid. I see others in the thread report this message but not related to this kind of an issue. Any ideas? thanks!
