That aside, not familiar with international departures at ADL, but at MEL (bigger airport, more people travelling) I've arrived at the airport to check-in 65 mins before the flight and had no drama making it to the flight (with 20 mins in airside lounges). Although both EK and QR depart at same time, I imagine most (except those in QF lounge) would be through immigration/security, well before you leave the QF lounge.
