There seems to be false advertising (or un-updated photos) going on between what Marriott shows on their website - and what SRV actually gives you room size wise. Booking.com doesn't show anything on this either - but Tripadvisor photos show the real story:



Has anyone who has stayed there confirmed that the rooms are indeed tiny and closer to 20-23sqm as shown in the bottom image? The Deluxe and Grand Deluxe rooms have the exact same image, though the Deluxe shows 28 - 32sqm, while the Grand Deluxe shows 33-39sqm (a fairly noticable difference). I gather the room image shown above is actually the Grand Deluxe room, not the Deluxe. For comparison, the Gritti shows their entry level room as a Deluxe Room which measures 25-38sqm (a rather large luck of the draw). Image below:



Was thinking of booking this for 2020, but hesitant now. If I'm being honest - the room styling of the St Regis looks rather basic.

Anyone have anything else to share on this?
