1. This seems an ok routing. Some longish layovers on the outbound (and perhaps inbound) but the lounge is very nice in Incheon (and Singapore). OZ and TG are ok in C and she should be decently comfortable (I find TG seats terrible except in the new C cabin but with great service and OZ seats ok and the food great but so-so service and warm cabins). SQ is great in Raffles in terms of the flat bed (not great but its flat), service and sometimes food (try the book the cook service for departures from SIN in her case).
2. Yes since it's *A she should get boarding passes all the way. However, I find on my previous trips with similar itins that they might make her pickup her continuing bp in BKK. The bags will be checked all the way to LHE.
3. As for airport lounges, she will have access to the Asiana lounge in ICN, a large and quite nice lounge with tvs, internet access, slumber rooms, showers; in BKK I am not sure which ones are open at 0520 but she will have access to any *A lounges that are (and there will be); don't know about LHE lounges but she will be invited to one; and in SIN she'll be invited to the Silver Kris business class lounge and that is decently nice (except there are no windows) with internet access and showers, etc.
