You're putting your poor mum, a not-too-sassy traveller, on OZ and in ICN for a 7+ hour transfer, and then another 4 in BKK? Couldn't you have gone SFO-SIN-BKK-LHE on SQ/TG instead? She'll be dog tired by the time she gets to Pakistan!
You could have tried putting her on :
SQ 1C SFOSIN 0125 1135
SQ 66C SINBKK 1600 1720 /
TG 505C 5 BKKLHE 2000 2240 /
Because at least she can get refreshed at SIN airport, and you can ask for Meet and Greet service in SIN through SQ.
As an international Business Class passenger she will automatically be invited to Business Class lounges.
