No a bad hotel is the Homewood Suites Seattle Airport. Checkout is standard 12pm. At 9am housekeeping simply opens door and walks into room unannounced! I have had it happen twice.
You need to stop by the desk to make it clear that's unacceptable. If you mean the property not far from the Southcenter Mall (other side of the highway), I put them on my Do Not Stay (even at a decent rate) list for their policy of insisting on keeping a photocopy of ID for any guest who lives within 100 miles for "security" reasons (criminal activity on premises).
