I stayed here a few weeks for one night. I used a SNA to upgrade to a Marvelous Suite. I thought the suite was very spacious and well designed with a view of the Petronas Towers although the towers are too close to have a great view of them. Soundproofing was very poor as others have mentioned. I liked the platinum happy hour at Woobar with wines some mixed drinks and some snacks (mostly seafood it seems). As a platinum I was able to choose points or the welcome gift (metal water bottle) in addition to getting breakfast at Flock; which I thought was pretty good. I also enjoyed a drink at Wet Deck which has much better views of the Petronas Towers than my room. Location is pretty good although I agree that having a covered walk to Suria KLCC would be nice. Service was pretty good although they mistakenly gave me a wake-up call at something like 4:30am. Overall given how high the rates are I will likely stay elsewhere next time I am in KL although I would consider staying again if rates were more competitive.
