The "club" seating on AR is like domestic F on most US carriers: four abreast instead of six abreast, and considerably wider seats with much better legroom. F&B is not great, but a lot better than in the back (where it is usually water, coffee and a dulce de leche cookie). At least it was like this very recently on various flights between Buenos Aires (EZE and AEP) and MDZ/USH.
