Club Economy consists of a mushy sandwich wrapped in plastic, and a choice of soft drinks served in plastic. I also understand that the seats will be / are being replaced by "euro-business" (i.e., 3 and 3 with middle seats blocked). I've only flown it on the SCL/BUE route, but I can't imagine that Argentine national routes would have anything superior.
This was my experience on a domestic AR flight from the Falls to AEP. I thought the F&B was horrible, although the seat was spacious.
