You might be better selecting the city then the hotel? Or are you already going to all 3 anyway.
In order of St Regis, I’d say:
Bangkok (nicer location)
KL (newer, but location is so so)
Singapore (wouldn’t recommend ... great customer service is not a strength of Singapore generally, and this hotel is a good reflection of that)
