Received: Audi A4 AVANT 40 TDI Quattro A/T.
The A4 had winter tyres on already, wasting my diesel

Asked for free upgrade to BMW 5 series, but the staff said no free upgrade during Munich exhibition period, she offered me 10 euro/ day to get the 5 series.
