AA checkin cutoff = t-60 minutes
So let's work in reverse, based on the assumption that you need to get from your seat on the plane to the AA checkin counter in the departures lobby in 60 minutes.
-getting outside of the plane = 3 minutes
-getting from plane to immigration (note, your PR flight may or may not get a bus gate, but this isn't such a big delta in the end because the bus drop off point is very convenient) = 10 minutes
-getting through immigration = 20 minutes
-walk upstairs to check-in counter = 5 minutes
-total = 38 minutes
That gives you 22 minutes to spare!
The problem is that odds are extremely high that your flight from MNL will be at least 22 minutes late.
For most of us, this wouldn't be a huge deal because the airport people are very kind and skilled about rebooking (i.e. they do this A LOT), and we build this contingency into our plans as a matter of habit. However, since you have that hard deadline, if I were in your shoes, I'd be pushing hard for an alternate arrangement.
Will arrive Manila on the 12th and overnight at a hotel connecting to the airport walkway. This will give me plenty of time to check in and get the AA flight boarding pass in Manila for the connecting flight in PVG.
This divorce....has been horrific...very very few go to trial.
