So KLM is going even further downhill. Is it even worth applying for the ugs when the helldesk (sic) previously told me there was nothing going?

Also what is the policy regarding the upgrade + it seems for award ticket you go per zone (i.e Europe to Asia so that would imply HEL to HKG via AMS as one award) but what about upgrades ? Do you put both flight sections in the web site (you would think they would put help there wouldn't you!).

Else.. where should one sit in the back of the bus for quiet? 2 persons.
