Question I was downgraded from business to economy on LOT flight
I was downgraded from business to economy on LOT flight WAW-YYZ due to overbooked flight. Flight purchased using Aeroplan points.
What are my options regarding compensation - who do I go after - Airline (LOT) or Aeroplan?
