Stayed here for two nights, Oct 6 to 8.

Deluxe rooms were nice, well appointed and great use of space. Definitely some thoughtful touches, like an upward-opening safe built into the top drawer.

View wasn't great, but we arrived early and received a room. View was of the building next door.

Service was excellent, from all F&B staff to reception to concierge.

Be sure to check out the 6:30pm (timing changes in the winter) sabrage ceremony. They even let interested guests try it out themselves. Definitely stay for sunset cocktails outside!

Only thing that annoyed me was that, in addition to crazy prices for room service, they charged a €20 delivery fee (€25 after midnight). So a gelato and tiramisu were a cool €52, lol.

Baggage coordination at checkout was seamless (we had a lot of luggage, 9 pieces) with Blitz (Emirates-provided transport).
