American Airlines rejected changing the flight according to the TA. This was 15 minutes ago, I will bring carry on bag only. I don’t know why computer system rejected the change.
TA...was told by AA 2 hours is enough time to make the connecting flight, this includes picking up and rechecking the baggage.
i wonder what call center the AA representative works.
