These days that is just not acceptable. Add in the poor connectivity on the 787 and the first round ofA350ies and you are looking at basically being offline for up to 20-24 hours depending on your travels, and for some of us that is actually not workable.

I can confirm that the second leg on the A350 had pretty much unusable internet connection.

I don’t mind too much on the flights itself, I take these as moments of time out and try to get some reading (or sleeping) done, but at the airport it is a major nuisance.
