On BA31 LHR-HKG in June in CW I'd a broken IFE which I had to hold if I wanted to read the subtitles. On return journey in F the food was appallingly poor. Beef as tough as old boots (should've taken heed of the advice on FT!) and two lumps of frozen solid ice-cream with none of the other garnishes it was supposed to come with. Plus missing items from the breakfast etc. Hubby and I got 16500 avios each for that.
