What are the armrests like in premium economy, between seats and on the edges of the seats, in the A350-900 ULR?

Specifically there is a picture in the article on TPG that suggests that the middle armrests between E and F can retract downwards into the seat. That may mean that the armrests on the aisle edges (C, D, G, H) can go down or move as well. Or not? I checked several videos and it is not clear whether the armrests between E and F are movable.

I am looking at SQ37 and SQ38 specifically in November.
