According to FlightRadar24 the replacement jet arrived from SEA into BOI at 0126, and didn't depart for PHL until 0551. Four plus hours does seem like a bit too long to be on the ground in BOI. That said, the final arrival in PHL is about six hours late which isn't terrible considering the plane broke down at an out of the way airport at nearly 11pm.
