I have pre-paid bookings (were super cheap relatively speaking) and then I contacted their web based customer service and asked if I can get a waiver to renew PE due to just having a kid etc... They said no, which is fine- never hurts to ask, and offered "soft landing to gold" due to my 7 years of loyalty and the fact that I already am lifetime Silver so what good does being dropped down to Silver do for me?
