Stayed there with my wife recently. As Plat we were upgraded to a suite using SNA, however the suite was a city view suite with prime view to the air conditioning complex which was furiously loud. Apart from that the room was good with modern furniture. The hotel was very generous with welcome amenities, we got a big fruit plate and a bottle of wine.
The facilities were nice, and the staff genuinely friendly and accommodating. This applied in particular to the lounge attendants. Breakfast in the main restaurant was ok.
