For the 4 Class 77W seats on a regional route, the first 2 rows F seats are blocked even though they are sold as business class tickets. Is it strictly only for DM? Can any J class or other OWE J passengers request for the seats via the hotline or airport check in or OLCI assuming there is no last min swaps?
