G-RAES went to JFK as normal about 11 hours ago, so she obviously didn't get the memo.

Sadly, Marc J's "ton of research" clearly didn't unearth the secret nuggets of information that aircraft changes can take place at any time, that no aircraft type is ever guaranteed, and that an aircraft change is not a reason for demanding a free reservation/ticket change.
