I called to cancel Hilton Surpass/Ascend, wasn’t really looking for retention offer. This was end of my second year with card, I had $16K of spend this year. They offered 10K Hilton points for $3K spend and I declined. They then offered a $50 statement credit for $1K spend. I declined and they proceeded to cancel.
