Stayed here for one night a couple months ago. Pretty much what you would expect for a brand new HH/HP. Everything looks very nice, breakfast is fine, location is quite good about 5 minutes walking from what seems to be the heart of Royal Oak. There is a $10 parking fee and there is no pool. Didn't really have a chance to experience any service but the limited interaction was average. Construction occurring across the street...didnt really bother us for the stay but just notable as development seems to be moving down this corridor.

Oh yeah, also, I booked it at 5k points right before it was increased to an 8k cat 2 property. So value was great for me (I think ~$175 cash price) but maybe not as great now...especially if you pay cash!
